Recently our team installed a multi system and a stand alone split system in a ground floor apartment in the Neutral Bay area. For two bedrooms we installed a mini multi system Mitsubishi Heavy Industries with two indoor wall mounted units in the Avanty series. Both bedrooms have a pretty small size and require only 2.5kw capacity/each. Outdoor for that multi system located in a carpark under the building and placed on wall brackets up height for safety reasons. All pipe work was enclosed into metal casing with the colour approved by strata.
For the living room we installed a single split system with the outdoor unit at the front courtyard due to the apartment layout.
