Yes. Daikin's 5-year parts and labour warranty is only activated when the unit is installed by a Daikin-authorised technician. An installation by an unauthorised contractor typically drops the warranty to 1 year for parts only. Our team is fully authorised, and we register your warranty on Daikin's system before leaving your property.

Daikin recommends a professional service every 12 months for residential systems. This includes cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, checking refrigerant pressure, inspecting electrical connections, and verifying operation within manufacturer specifications. Annual servicing also keeps warranty conditions active.

A hi-wall split system typically takes 3–5 hours. Multi-zone systems and ducted whole-home installations generally require a full day or, for larger properties, two days. We confirm a detailed timeline when booking and keep disruption to a minimum.

Yes. All our installation labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. The manufacturer's product warranty (typically 5 years parts and labour for premium brands) applies on top of this. We register your manufacturer warranty on their system before we leave your property.
