Yes. Samsung's Wi-Fi-enabled units connect to the SmartThings app and also support voice control via Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Compatible models also work with Apple HomeKit. You can set temperature, switch modes, and build automated routines that integrate your air conditioning with lighting, blinds, and other smart home devices.

Samsung has significantly improved its HVAC reliability over the past decade. The current Wind-Free™ Comfort and Elite series use a compressor Samsung engineers in-house, and the brand backs eligible models with a 5-year warranty on parts and labour with authorised installation. We find Samsung units perform very well in Sydney's climate.

Samsung's Wind-Free™ range covers 2.5 kW, 3.5 kW, 5.0 kW, 6.0 kW, and 7.1 kW single-room units, plus multi-zone systems for 2–5 rooms. We carry out a free on-site load calculation to match the correct capacity to each space — an undersized unit will run constantly and struggle to cool; an oversized unit will short-cycle and increase humidity.

A hi-wall split system typically takes 3–5 hours. Multi-zone systems and ducted whole-home installations generally require a full day or, for larger properties, two days. We confirm a detailed timeline when booking and keep disruption to a minimum.

Yes. All our installation labour is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty. The manufacturer's product warranty (typically 5 years parts and labour for premium brands) applies on top of this. We register your manufacturer warranty on their system before we leave your property.
