Our latest project – Daikin multi split system installation at Northwood area.
Last week we installed another Daikin Zena multi system for a two bedroom house. The customer asked to minimise the external view of the multi system so we suggested going with the multi system where one outdoor unit can maintain multiple indoor units. Also to minimise the impact of the trunking (pipe casing) we run the pipes from the indoor units to the outdoor unit through the roof cavity instead of running it along the wall.
That particular system has 4 indoor units: two for each bedroom, one for the living area and another one for the kitchen area. Zena model is the premium series of Daikin wall mounted systems. Zena systems has plenty of features, such as air purification, wireless control that allows you to control the system from the mobile app and plenty of others.
The outdoor unit located at the back of the house on the sideway was lifted and mounted on the wall brackets to prevent the bottom of the outdoor unit from rust. Colour of the pipe casing matches the brickwork colour so it’s less visible from outside.
