Our latest project – Daikin ducted system installation at Rose bay area.
Last month one of our previous customers asked us to install a ducted system for his top floor apartment in the Rose Bay area.
After the site inspection we found the roof space was big enough to fit a 7kw ducted system and flexible ductwork.
The main challenge during this installation was there is no lift in a building so we had to carry everything by stairs but anyway we did our best to get the job done in an efficient manner.
That apartment had three bedrooms and one living and dining area. Customers preferred round ceiling vents over the square and asked to install the wi-fi and zone every room.
The air intake grill (return air grill) was installed in a corridor above the stairs a short distance from the wall mounted control panel.
Outdoor unit was placed on a small balcony and attached to the wall to keep the space under the unit useful.
Ducted system installation in apartments is a complicated process that includes the approval from strata.
