Project – Daikin split system installation at Mosman.

Recently we installed a new split system for a one bedroom apartment in the Mosman area.

Customer asked us to supply and install one system strong enough to service a mid size living room and a small bedroom. Due to the strata regulations the maximum capacity of the air conditioning system is 4.6kilowatts that is strong enough to cool down the whole place.

Indoor unit installed above the living room window and facing towards the end of the apartment where the bedroom is that fulfilled the best air distribution.

The outdoor unit installed on a side of tiled balcony lifted and mounted on rubber feets to avoid the vibration and also to minimise rust and corrosion of the bottom part of the outdoor unit. Also the isolation switch installed as per regulations. All pipework and cables between the indoor and outdoor part neatly covered by the creme colour pipe casing to match the strata regulations.
