Recently our team finished a big and hard project – underfloor ducted system installation at Neutral Bay.

Underfloor ducted systems are one of the most difficult to install and it takes much longer than usual in-roof ducted installation.

That mid capacity system was installed for a house in the Neutral bay area and has 6 floor outlets and 5 zones. We picked up the style of the vents to match the style of that olf federal house and the customer did like the way it looks on a timber floor.

That system has wi-fi and zoning and also can be controlled from the wall panel located in a living room. Outdoor ac unit was lifted and placed on wall mounted brackets above the sideway to keep it clear.

All flexible ductwork was run under the house and attached to the floor joists with duct strap to give more room underneath.
