Project – Mitsubishi split system installation at Cremorne.

Recently our team installed a small wall mounted split system Mitsubishi Heavy Industries brand in a two bedroom apartment at Cremorne.

Unfortunately due to the strata regulations the maximum capacity of the air conditioner allowed per apartment in this building is 3.5 kilowatts. That is undersized for that place but we recommend the customer to install some ceiling fans to boost the air exchange that can help.

The indoor unit was installed in the corner of the living room in a distance from the external wall as the customer wanted to put some wall-to-wall curtains later so we had to use the plastic pipe casing internally.

Outdoor unit installed on a balcony and mounted on rubber feets that prevent vibration and keep the bottom of the aircon off the floor to avoid rust and corrosion.
